Product Testing.
The document below describes an extended dynomometer test performed for BetterDiesel FBC, Inc. by an independent Cummins Engine and Service Center. The test identifies results for both Engine Out Soot and MPG, both of which showed significant improvements over the established baseline for that tractor.

Note that Engine Out Soot was determined directly through the use of a PEMS tool measuring opacity as opposed to the onboard soot load calculation performed by the ECM that uses OEM specific algorithms instead of a direct measurement.
UPDATE: We now have the ability to perform a soot test as part of a demonstration to measure engine out soot before and after using our fuel borne catalyst in accordance with SAE J1667 test specifications. This is one more way we can PROVE our efficiency program works in YOUR trucks, so take advantage of it as there is no charge for the tests.
